Comprehensive School Counseling Organizational Framework

The organizational framework of the CPS Comprehensive School Counseling Program consists of the developmental content areas and implementation system.

100% of a school counselor's time should be devoted to implementing, delivering, and managing the comprehensive school counseling program.  At a minimum, 80% of the school counselor's time should be spent directly engaging with students, staff, and families.
