    K-12 Online Enrollment Application

    Online Enrollment (OLR)

    Families enrolling for the 2024-2025 school year: 

    New and returning (not currently enrolled) students, click here to enroll.

    Families of active students, please return to the CPS Home page (www.cpsk12.org) and log into the CPS Families Portal to access the Annual Registration form for your child(ren).

     

    Step 1 Use the School Locator Tool to find your student's school.
    Step 2 Sign in to Online Registration (OLR) to complete the forms.  Be sure to upload the required documents as you go through the form:  proof of residence, immunizations, and birthrecord.
    Step 3 Submit the completed application. -- Nothing happens until you click SUBMIT.
    Step 4 Contact the school to finalize enrollment and determine your child's start date: CPS School Directory

     

    • If you do not have a laptop or desktop computer, enrollment kiosks are available at the board office! It is recommended that you call to confirm availability, then come in with your documents* and submit your online enrollment forms for new or returning students.  573-214-3400

     

    Important Documents to Prepare 

    1. Birth certificate issued by the Bureau of Vital Statistics (except for currently enrolled CPS Preschool students)
    2. A copy of your student's immunization record. Review Missouri immunization requirements HERE.
    3. Proof of residence (current water, electric, or gas bill, home contract/lease showing address, or a notarized letter from the owner of the residence with whom the family is living and residence utility bill).

    Other supporting documents may be needed. 

    Note: If your child is enrolled in a CPS Preschool or Early Learning / Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE), you only need to bring an updated immunization card and proof of residence.

    Preschool Enrollment Application

    For preschool, please get in touch with the Early Learning Center at 573-214-3585 to schedule an assessment.  If your child qualifies, they will provide a link to their enrollment form. 

    All other preschool enrollment forms will be denied.
